How does this B2B portal work?

This portal provides easy access to pricing, availability and quotation of Fusion Piping Pty Ltd products in WA. 

At checkout, your order will be sent to our system and remain as a quote until your PO and our Quote are validated. If a valid confirmation occurs, then you will receive an order confirmation notification.

Can I have my order shipped?

While in development, we are only supporting orders through the B2B system for pickup only. However, if you require shipping, please provide specifics in the notes during checkout and a representative will be in contact with you with a revised quotation. If shipping is provided, an updated PO inclusive of the additional shipping costs will be required. Until then, the order will remain as a quote and stock will not be allocated.

The item I'm after is not showing in the B2B system, how do I order it?

If there is an item you wish to order which is not in this portal, please email to [email protected] or call 1300 94 1004 with your order requirements and they will be happy to assist. The B2B portal currently only supports commonly replenished items.

What if I have an issue with the B2B system?

Please email direct to [email protected] with your issue and we'll try to resolve it as soon as possible.
